Located at the mouth of the Grand River, the Fairport Harbor Marine Museum is the first Great Lakes Lighthouse Marine Museum in Ohio and in the United States.
The Finnish Heritage Museum gallery has changing exhibits throughout the year telling the story of Finnish heritage and various cultural traditions by displaying artifacts and providing information relating to this important history.

New Trash and Recycling Pickup Day
Beginning February 28, 2017 all trash and recycling pickup for customers of Tony Scheiber’s Hauling will be on Tuesdays regardless of where you live. There will no longer be a Wednesday pick up for customers at the south end of the Village.
If you have any questions regarding this change or you need to set up service, please call Tony Scheiber’s Hauling at 440-477-9211.
Reminder: Per Fairport Harbor Ordinances Section 521.08(c) and Section 521.08(d) trash receptacles may not be placed on the tree lawns before 5:00 p.m. on the evening prior to pickup and must be removed within 12 hours after pickup.

Yard Waste Pickup
Tony Scheiber’s Hauling will pick up bagged yard waste on the 1st and 3rd Mondays from April through December 1.
