New Trash and Recycling Pickup Day 
Beginning February 28, 2017 all trash and recycling pickup for customers of Tony Scheiber’s Hauling will be on Tuesdays regardless of where you live. There will no longer be a Wednesday pick up for customers at the south end of the Village.

If you have any questions regarding this change or you need to set up service, please call Tony Scheiber’s Hauling at 440-477-9211.

Reminder: Per Fairport Harbor Ordinances Section 521.08(c) and Section 521.08(d) trash receptacles may not be placed on the tree lawns before 5:00 p.m. on the evening prior to pickup and must be removed within 12 hours after pickup.


The Village of Fairport Harbor is seeking applicants for the position as a member of the Board of Directors for the Fairport Harbor Port Authority. This Board was created in 1956 by the Fairport Harbor Village Council and was given the authority to protect any and all water within the Village of Fairport Harbor. These appointments are made by the Mayor and confirmed by Village Council. Applicants must reside in the Village. Current services the Board provides is operating the Fairport Harbor Port Authority’s boat launch ramp at the end of Water Street. The ramp consists of two inbound ramps and two out ramps plus a Jet Ski ramp.
