11 AM Opening Ceremony, Flag Raising, National Anthem
11:30 Dog Show (awards for Top 3 Dogs in each category) Best Trick * Cutest Costume * Smallest Dog * Biggest Dog * Doggie Ice Cream
12 PM Live music by Cheeseburgers in Paradise.
3 PM Raffle Winners Announced (Winners Do Not Need To Be Present).
