WOMEN’S FELLOWSHIP GROUP OF THE HUNGARIAN REFORMED CHURCH OF FAIRPORT HARBOR-
We are pleased to sponsor a program concerning WomenSafe, Inc.
Angel Burton, Development Director at Women Safe will be our speaker for the evening.
WomenSafe’s mission is to provide emergency shelter and support services to survivors of domestic violence throughout Northeast Ohio.
WomenSafe responds to the needs of survivors and provides education in the community aimed at reducing the incidence of domestic violence and making the community aware of what help is available. WomenSafe has been providing services to survivors (adults and children) fleeing violence for over 40 years. WomenSafe serves anyone/ regardless of gender identity or expression, age/ or sexual orientation. All services are provided confidentially and free of charge.
They offer emergency shelter, counseling, court advocacy, and housing advocacy.
There will be time for questions and answers after her presentation.
And
Women’s Fellowship will provide refreshments to all guests.
